Bicep Routine Tips for Building Mass Muscles for Hard Gainers

Generally, people think that it is difficult for hard gainers to develop mass muscles. Hard gainers train a lot but show no significant increase in their muscle size. As such they are compelled to believe that they can never develop mass muscles. But the truth here lies in the format and techniques of accurate workouts and sessions.

On following the correct and accurate form and techniques even hard gainers, especially beginners, can easily and quickly develop mass muscles. Below, we provide a simple and effective bicep training routine that will definitely help the hard gainers for developing mass muscles –

  1. Barbell Preacher Curls – this exercise is usually done on a preacher bench. Under this workout you need to sit on a preacher bench and place your hands over the pad. Then carry the barbell on shoulder width using underhand grip. Raise the barbell until your forearms reach the vertical position. While performing this exercise you need to make sure that the rest of your body part is is firmly seated on the preacher bench. This exercise is very effective for building mass bicep muscles.
  2. Barbell Bicep Curls – this is the most effective exercise for building mass muscles. Take a barbell and place it over your thighs with your hands over your side. Raise your hands until your forearms reach a vertical position and then lower it back until they are fully extended.
  3. Seated Dumbbell Curls – this exercise is performed on an inclined bench. Rest your shoulders firmly over the bench and place your feet well over the ground. Release your hands over the floor carrying the dumbbells and then slowly lift your hand until your forearms come in a vertical position. This exercise is easier to perform than preacher curls but are not considered to be good for building mass muscles.

Any beginner hard gainer can benefit from these bicep training tips. However, it is not possible to perform these everyday and therefore it is better to follow a schedule for better implementation and benefits.
