Having back pain is always uncomfortable and distressing. This is because people adopt wrong body postures while sitting, standing and sleeping that increase their pain. It is very common nowadays and the only cure of this is to continue &amp; maintain a regular fitness regime. However, in most cases the sufferer can reduce the affliction on their own without pills or nerve racking pain.</p>
<p>There are numerous techniques that you can implement at home to manage the pain. One such way to alleviate the pain is as follows:</p>
<p><strong>Bed Rest</strong>: It is a common belief that if you listen to your body you will yourself can treat numerous afflictions. Pain occurring in the body is an indication that something is not right. In case of neck or back pain you need to just correct the severity of the pain taking enough sleep and correct sleep pattern. In most cases the sufferer is advised to take rest, especially bed rest to overcome back pain. The best option to reduce pain is to hit the sack that is bed rest. Majority of people who sits before computer in their offices and homes generally complain about their back pains and muscle tension. When compared with other companies and official places, sitting in front of computer is more hectic. You need to follow some tips to minimize your aches and pains. In this article we explain you the proper posture of your body.</p>
<p>Always use the adjustable chair. If your chair is not positioned well, then you have to put extra effort on your back and it will lead tension in shoulder muscles. Make sure you use the chair which has correct height, back rest position. It should tilt according to right setting. You should keep the chair to make your level of knees up to hips and your forearms at right angles with the upper arms.</p>
<p>While typing, make sure you keep the wrists straight and flat. The computer mouse should be keep very near to you and avoid stretching or obstacles which make it hard to use. Keep your fingers and wrist at right angles on the keyboards and mouse. These soft accessories will reduce the strain and pain of you wrists. You may also use footrest as it will support your legs. Keep your feet flat on the door and do not cross your legs as it may cause problems to hips and circulation.</p>
<p>Your computer screen should be between 12 to 30 inches. More over the screen should be at eye level as it causes neck problems. If you want support, then you may ask the employer to put the stand or support so that you have proper posture.</p>
<p>Eye strain is common complains by people sitting before computers. If your computer is reflected then you must find the light source is coming from. Change the settings of your screen, if you have any problem</p>

The back pain has crippling effects on the human body and distracts your attention from doing work. The imbalance in the muscles surrounding the lower back will cause pain and may vary in various ways, such as: muscle strain, slipped disc etc. The pain increases when you make more movements.</p>
<p>The causes of low-back pain are mainly muscle strains and stress to the nerves and ligaments as well. It can also be caused due to an improper or uncomfortable mattress. A sudden injury to the back due to an accident or a fall can cause low-back pain. The symptom is usually acute pain in the lower back, which does not heal even after a couple of days. Once you have some pain in the lower back, it is better you consult your doctor.</p>
<p>The best way to treat a low-back pain is consulting your doctor. You can quickly get rid of the back pain through proper medication and rest. Lesser the strain imposed on the lower back, the faster you can get rid from it. Do a few stretching exercises (Yoga) to feel better. If you are suffering from the pain for a longer time, then the doctor might insist you to undergo a surgery. Follow a few precautions when you have back pain, such as: sleeping with a pillow under your knees and between your knees while lying on one side. Stay active and remember, if you follow these precautions, you can heel low back pain pretty quickly.</p>

It can be caused due to a number of factors. The various causes of low  back pain are: lack of exercise, improper postures of sitting or standing or  even sleeping. It can directly hit the spinal cord, or it might sometimes be an  injury or damage to the muscles or tissues along the back bone. In women, more  often back pain is caused due to pregnancy. Apart from this, it can also be due  to stretched ligaments within pelvis, straining of lower back and irritating  nerves.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Recognizing the type of  back pain is important as there are various types of back pain such as: </span></p>
<ul type="DISC">
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Lumbar Muscle Strain where the muscle  strains cause low back pain. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">A Ruptured Disc is intervertebral more  commonly known as herniated disc.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Spinal Stenosis is affected during old  age, where the tightening or constriction spinal canal occurs.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Lumbar Spine Arthritis which affects  joints such as the knees and fingers.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Spondylolisthesis causes adjacent  vertebra which becomes unstable. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Osteoporosis occurs in various  orthopedic problems and is most commonly related as compression fractures of the  back bone.</span></li>
