<p>The first thing to be remembered is to consider the correct form of exercises. For instance, while performing the dumbbell curl exercise you need to first make your feet comfortably and firmly seated. Hold your elbows on your sides and do not move them until they reach the top position.</p>
<p>On reaching the top position you can lift your elbows 2-3 inches for squeezing your muscles. While lowering it back you have to stretch it to its maximum. It also important to stretch your bicep muscles in-between the training sessions. This training is equally beneficial in every bicep training program.</p>
<p>The second important aspect is that you need to know what a particular does for any specific muscle. If you train workouts without knowing their effects then it is worthless doing that exercise. For instance, while doing the dumbbell curls taking a wider grip will work out the inner bicep muscles and a closer grip will work out the outer muscles. On taking a medium grip you will be working on both sides of your bicep muscles. But taking a medium grip always isn’t considered a good practice. It is better to concentrate on taking both wider and closer grips on equal ratios. Also, medium grips are considered better for building mass muscles and should be done while doing the standing bicep curls.</p>

This not only ensures good workouts but allows them to grow to their full potential. Usually, professionals recommend first hitting the inner biceps and then work out on the outer muscles. <li><strong>Barbell      Bicep Curls </strong>– this is the most effective exercise for building mass      muscles. Take a barbell and place it over your thighs with your hands over      your side. Raise your hands until your forearms reach a vertical position      and then lower it back until they are fully extended.</li>
<li><strong>Seated      Dumbbell Curls</strong> – this exercise is performed on an inclined bench. Rest      your shoulders firmly over the bench and place your feet well over the      ground. Release your hands over the floor carrying the dumbbells and then      slowly lift your hand until your forearms come in a vertical position. This      exercise is easier to perform than preacher curls but are not considered      to be good for building mass muscles.</li>

Forearms, generally, contain less muscle and developing or pumping them into mass muscles is a real challenge.</p>
<p><strong>Here are useful tips for better training your forearms for some serious muscle gains –</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First      of all it is important to remember that any forearm exercise should be      done for about 5-6 sets and workouts should include 15-20 reps.</li>
<li>Continue      doing each forearm exercise until you are filled with pain and not able to      continue any more.</li>
<li>It      is a better practice to train using the pyramid concept. It means that you      need to start with lighter weights and increment your weights gradually as      you move forward. Then end with the weight with which you started.</li>
<li>It      is better to isolate your muscles while doing forearm exercises. Focus on      reverse barbell curls and back dumbbell curls.</li>
<li>Forearms      tend to recuperate fairly easily and therefore it is advisable to do      forearm exercises twice a week.</li>
<li>Regret      working out with heavy weights while working upon your forearms. Lighter      weights can equally benefit in toning the forearms muscles.</li>

<p>Generally, a majority of people concentrate on their chest and hand muscles. This is so because they look good. Often, we don’t workout our lower body parts and as such there are many bodybuilders with muscular chests but tiny legs.</p>
