Great Ways to Reduce Back Aches During Office Hours

When compared with other companies and official places, sitting in front of computer is more hectic. You need to follow some tips to minimize your aches and pains. Always use the adjustable chair. If your chair is not positioned well, then you have to put extra effort on your back and it will lead tension in shoulder muscles. Make sure you use the chair which has correct height, back rest position. It should tilt according to right setting. You should keep the chair to make your level of knees up to hips and your forearms at right angles with the upper arms.

While typing, make sure you keep the wrists straight and flat. The computer mouse should be keep very near to you and avoid stretching or obstacles which make it hard to use. Keep your fingers and wrist at right angles on the keyboards and mouse. These soft accessories will reduce the strain and pain of you wrists. You may also use footrest as it will support your legs. Keep your feet flat on the door and do not cross your legs as it may cause problems to hips and circulation.

Your computer screen should be between 12 to 30 inches. More over the screen should be at eye level as it causes neck problems. If you want support, then you may ask the employer to put the stand or support so that you have proper posture.
