			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Anxiety attacks  are very common in the present day which is caused due to the various  stress levels that we undergo and the uncertainties that we face in  our daily life. Remember, there is always a possibility that the problem  cannot be solved unless and until we get to know the source of the problem.  Off late identifying the root cause for the problem is more important  to get rid off the problem. Another main intention of finding the root  cause is to assess whether the problem can be managed by the individual  or if they need medical assistance to come out of it. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">To be successful,  first and foremost one has to overcome the anxiety. One of the ways  to deal with anxiety is to calm down by relaxing. As you know what brings  on anxiety in you and you feel it coming then the best way is to relax  and calm down. There are various other tips or techniques that are to  be followed to overcome anxiety. </span></p>
<ul type="DISC">
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Take a deep breath-    Breathe slowly and deeply. This helps in controlling the inner tensions    that the individual is experiencing. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Go out and seek    fresh air when you feel the anxiety.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Try listening to    some soft n soothing music which makes you feel very comfortable.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Drink water which    brings on a calming effect in your body.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Compose, do not    compare- try to recollect your thoughts, compose them. But do not compare    it with others.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Move to a calm and    silent room if possible where you can stay in peace.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Above all, the best    way is supposed to get separated from all the possible sources that    create anxiety. </span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">Apart from  these, one can be able to overcome anxiety by isolating top a place  where you can be able to concentrate to transport yourself in a very  low stress situation. Get to know what causes anxiety in you. The more  sources you know, the lesser the possibility of you to suffer from it.  If none of these help, taking a professional’s advice always helps.</span></p>
